Celtic Connection Return Policies The following information
will help you understand our return policies Returns
and Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise
must be returned with
prior approval within 21 days of receipt for exchange or refund.
Please return the item(s) unused in their original condition
for resale along with a copy or your packing slip, to the address
at the bottom of this page. Make sure the merchendise is returned safely! If the merchendise
is returned to us broken because of poor packaging on your part,
we cannot refund you. The Celtic Connection will pay for
first class mail or USPS mail return shipping costs up to $9.00 for incorrect or broken merchandise
only! We will not reimburse you for proof of delivery, insurance costs or expedited
delivery expenses. If
you are sending merchandise back for a refund because you changed
your mind, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee which
will be subtracted from your refund. We will try to correct any
problems you may have, so please contact us with the problem
first, before returning merchandise! Any product which has clearly been used. Fragrance Oils, Essential Oils or Carrier Oils Herbs, Spices or Tea's Books which show signs of wear and tear Exchanges: You must cover the shipping cost on returns for exchange, such as if you ordered the wrong size ring and you need a different size. Defective items: The majority of our items come from over seas, so occational items might be dammaged durring travel. Our staff is small and we cannot always open individual boxed to double check. If your item is broken or defective, PLEASE CONTACT US first before sending the item back! Refunds: When merchendise is returned to us safely, in its original condition, we will refund you for the cost of the item only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund you for the shipping charges if they have already been used to ship your order. Refunds are given online through PAYPAL, and are processed within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods. Mail in orders will receive a check through the mail once the return is received. If you are sending merchandise back for a refund because you changed your mind, you are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be subtracted from your refund. For Global
returns, (living outside the USA).
