Product Return & Exchange Policy


All products are checked for quality prior to shipment and are packaged to ensure their protection during transit. We never ship damaged or items we wouldn't use ourselves.

We do occasionally offer special pricing on seconds, blemished or discontinued products. All items in this category are clearly identified as such in the catalog and are sold on an "As Is" basis.  Returns on seconds, discontinued or closeout items will not be accepted.

We make every possible effort to ensure reasonable packaging practices are followed to ensure your merchandise arrives intact. If however, your order arrives in a damaged state because of rough Shipping conditions or inappropriate handling by your mail carrier, this is an issue to be resolved with the Postal Service. As a vote of confidence however, in six years and several thousand orders. We've had less than 6 customers complain of receiving damaged merchandise.

We make no warranty that items offered in our catalog are fit for any particular purpose. You the consumer assumes all risk and liability that products purchased will be suitable for their intended use. The Celtic Connection or it's assigns can assume no risk, responsibility or liability in how someone may use or misuse our products.

Returns & Exchanges
If an item purchased is found to be unsuitable, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges providing the following conditions are met.
  • We must be notified in writing within 10 business days from receipt.  

  • Contact us via Email and explain the problem, defect or reason for return and to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Using this medium allows you to keep a record of your correspondence as well as providing copies for our records as well. Returns without an RMA creates difficulties for both of us.

  • Returns for a refund not due to a damage in shipping issues are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund.  S&H charges are not calculated into the refund total.

  • Returns for exchange, such as if you ordered the wrong size ring, are subject to a 10% restocking fee in addition to appropriate S&H charges to cover return shipping to you.  This must be enclosed with the return.
 

Non Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned because their quality or contents cannot be assured once they have left our facility.

  • Any product which has clearly been used.

  • Fragrance Oils, Essential Oils or Carrier Oils

  • Soaps, Cosmetics or Lotions

  • Herbs, Spices or Tea's

  • Books which show signs of wear and tear
