I guess I'll start at the beginning.  I was born as a Leo/Virgo cusp baby in 1976.  I was an army brat and spent the first several years of  my life overseas.  I was raised Catholic, but as I got older I started to question some of the beliefs I had been taught.  In high school I spent a lot of time studying other ideas, starting with crystals, and it eventually led me to Wicca.  It really rang true with me and I did a self initiation.  I never tried to hide my beliefs from my family and although there were several bumps along the road it all turned out ok in the end.  

Eventually when I was in college a friend of mine introduced me to shamanism which is where I have directed my studies since.  I've even had an article published in an overseas magazine on the subject.

Currently I live with my husband, my son and a house full of animals with a circle of redwood trees in the back yard. I used to work in construction, but currently am staying home with my wonderful little boy, learning interior design and running my own crafts business and a gallery site for my oil paintings. I have spent quite a bit of time studying herbalism, crystals, visualization, shamanism and animal guides.
