Many years ago, I started on a path that gave me many answers and just as many questions.  I have recently wondered where that path is taking me.  Doors have been opened and closed, wonderful teachers have come and gone, I continue seeking.  Still a student and often learning from students.  It always amazes me that there is still so much to learn and that the lessons come from some of the simplest sources.  How about you?

Occasionally.  For example, one of the other Discordians sent me cottage cheese in the mail.  That was pretty surprising.

But given that our path is the study of the human race itself, there aren't too many shocks after your first few years.

Me  the choice was easy, everthing else seem wrong to me. I was raised Roman Catholic ,you could say it was rammed down my throat so I rebelled . I always found the natural world around me to be my friend and the best teacher to have . Everday I learn something new or just see it. When I can learn no more I,ll be dead. oldghost

Paths are for people who like the comfort and security of knowing someone has been there before them. I like the feeling of
uncertainty that comes from hacking away through the undergrowth of tangled brambles and creepers, and seeing where I end up.

My path through life is leading me down trails that at times I am reluctant to travel.  I try to hide behind a tree here and there or behind a large rock, but someone always seems to come along and try to drag me along with them.  Joined a New Age group and have been exposed to a lot of ideas I had not considered before.  Recently attended a crop circle lecture where the focus was on alien life and the World Teacher.  I am scheduled for a past-life regression next week and have been having stress headaches right and left just thinking about it.  Then a friend asked me to go with her to a spirit circle (mediums contacting the dead), but I declined.  Some things I need a little time to think over first.

I feel like the nice little stream I have been paddling my canoe along has over swollen its banks and is now a swift flowing river that is carrying me out to see.  Oh... and I lost my paddles along the way.
