This question has no real answer. I ask it more in the hopes of getting people to think about the subject, than to get an answer. So here goes.
Is it "ethical", or "okay" to cast a spell to change the will of someone who intends harm?
Let's say that we have cast spells to "get them to see what they are doing", and it has worked. They see what they are doing, they see the harm it does. Yet they still choose to do this harm.
You pick the harm, but I'm meaning things like severe mental, or emotional harm; physical harm, even death.
Is it right, or justifiable, to cast a spell, altering a will that desires ill, and harm, to protect yourself; the innocent?
For the record, I already know where I stand on this. So you don't have to teach/advise/correct me. It's always interesting to see how people feel about this.
