OK, I'm not entirely certain this is the most appropriate place for this post, so please, forgive me if it is not.

  I was curious (as usual) as to when each of you set up your altars for a Sabbat? I, myself have an altar in the main room of the house that is specifically used as a Sabbat altar and another smaller one in my kitchen (naturally) for everyday. I usually change the decorations on the one in the formal room midway between Sabbats.  I know most of my pagan friends have only one altar or use the same one for both Sabbat and everyday use.

  How about you? When do you feel the need to transition to the next Sabbat?

for me (note sig line) my altars are set up seasonally but not required for my spiritual or witchly(word?) practices.  So, while I do recognize the Sabbats, it has more to do w/ what happens in the sky and how I feel about it.  just me, I guess.

I don't have my alter up due to recently moving and school and such. Though I usually redecorate it the night of each sabbat and will sketch the phase of the moon of that night into

Sketching the moon is a great idea! Wonderful way to celebrate the Sabbat!
