My favorite holiday would have to be Samhain, i love the smell of decomposing leaves and how it shows the beautiful side to death with the leaves changing colors as they die.

I don't care for the smell of anything decomposing but I like the colors.

I like the smell and the colors. I also like it when the day is mildly overcast with a slight mist. It's exhilarating when I inhale the smell of the leaves, see the sight of their colors, feel the briskness of the mist upon my skin, and hear the crunch of leaves under my feet. It makes me feel more alive and then my thoughts drift to snuggling down inside the warmth of my home with apple cider.
