I'm at my best from 7 am to about 3 pm, then from 6 pm to about 11 pm.  Late afternoon kicks my butt.  I've been told the Fibro has something to do with that.

I find that I'm most creative around 1am, but I feel the most awake/aware between 4:30am and 7am. That's my favorite time to exercise, because it gets me through the rough patch of my day (10a-3p)

Also, I can't function unless I take a nap. One thing I would like to try just for the heck of it is polyphasic sleep.
