International Shipping Charges for Customers Outside the USA Below are the International shipping rates based on your location and the total of your order.
If your book order is $24.99 or less, International Shipping is $12.95 (Canada & Mexico $10.95)
For book orders $25 to 49.99, International Shipping is $24.95 (Canada & Mexico $19.95)
For book orders $50 to $99.99, International Shipping is $36.95 (Canada & Mexico $28.95)
For book orders over $100, International Shipping is $48.95 (Canada & Mexico $37.95)
When you place an order, we make every effort to SHIP it within 10 BUSINESS DAYS (2 weeks) or less. In-stock books are usually shipped within 48 hours, while out-of-stock items can take an additional 10 to 14 days to fill. While we do maintain an in house inventory of the most popular books, the number of titles we offer prevent us from stocking sufficient quantities to anticipate every order. If part of your order will be on backorder for more than 10 days, we will ship the books that are in stock, and send the backordered item(s) at no additional charge when they become available again.
Once in a while an item will be out of stock here, and also on backorder through our supplier. If a book looks like it will be unavailable for more than 2 weeks, we will notify you of the delay, and let you decide if you want to wait, make another selection, or request a refund. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in this situation.
Most USA orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Extra heavy books, calendars and backordered titles are still shipped by Media Mail, so PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 7 to 14 days delivery time for these items. Most in-stock book orders should arrive within 5 to 7 days, but between processing and delivery time, out of stock titles can take 3 weeks or more to arrive.
NOTE: If it's important you receive an order by a specific date, (for a birthday or special
occasion) we encourage you to email us the titles BEFORE ordering and so we can let you know if the items
you need are in stock, and/or when we expect to have them back in stock.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Once your order is processed, delivery will normally take from 7 to 14 days, depending on your location.
