Calender colors question...
« on: January 18, 2011, 04:50:48 PM »

So My husband bought me The 2011 Witches Calendar, which I've never even thought about before, and it is really interesting and all but, I'm confused about something...

It has daily colors. What the heck is the purpose of this? How can I actually use this information?

Everything else in it made sense, but that sort of threw me off, and I'm sure it is something so simple that I'm just having a blonde moment and over looking it.

Colors of use on a particular day, likely corresponding to astrological information.

Had you thought about going to the publisher's site and seeing what it says there?  OR, for that matter, to the page on the inside of the back flap under "About The Calendar"?

yes, I did go to the "how to use this calendar" and all it has is the list of colors and their meanings. Which I already knew.

I was more wondering how can I use this daily color... light that colored candle, wear that color clothes? Something to keep in mind when facing the day? Or is it just sort of a random fact about the day to keep things interesting.

For example today's color is white, which stands for purity, peace and protection.

It isn't a big deal, I've just never seen that on a calendar before, or thought about days having colors. Was curious about it.

Anything that uses that color, like spell-work geared toward things that color represents, etc.

Or the tie one chooses to wear on that particular day. ;)

Don't you have to wear the same tie all the time?

I'm supposed to.

But I wear my personal ties and nothing has been said because I'm 100+ in restaurant management skill.
