Hi everyone;
My name is Peter, Ianto is a Welsh knickname I acquired some time back. I came upon this site by accident and I was fascinated. First by the graphics and then by the content. This looks like a great place to communicate and learn.
A little about me. I'm a 60 something Welshman, been in California for over 20 years, married to a woman of the Apache nation for that time. She's the reason I'm over here and the story of how we met is a book in itself. She was raised Catholic, and I was alright with that. There is Magic in standing next to those you love while they sing praises to their God. After a while she became influenced by my old ways and embraced the Goddess, I am steeped in Druidry while she works the craft of the wise and together we make a Home on this Earth.
I look forward to chatting with you here.
Many Bright Blessings.....................Ianto

Hello Erika and thank you for the welcome. I'm from Llanelli and I'm not going to even try to tell people how to pronounce that. I love to tell folks that it's just west of Llangennech and just south of Llechyfedach. Love the Pontypridd market on Tuesdays a real Welsh tradition that goes back to the days of the drovers.

Armenitia; Thank you for your welcome. I've been looking around the site and I am enjoying your contributions.

I haven't been in Pontypridd for 15 years. But i think i remember my Granny taking me there, i loved the outdoor pool they had. I was always in it. (i  think it was Pontypridd, it wasn't Glyncoch, that was for sure)
Would you be able to tell people how to pronounce it/them. LOL

So what's with the sudden Welsh influx then?

(I knew putting those bridges across the Severn was a bad idea, and sooner or later, the Welsh would wan to use them)

 I prefer the Welsh to generally stay West of Offa's Dyke. That's why Wales is there!

Eh! what can i say! I would agree for some Welsh people, it is better they stay there. but for me, I have only spent 8 months out of the last 24 years there...

Don't hate us, We are only Welsh! LOL

Don't worry, I don't have energy to waste on hating the Welsh. (Not while there's a whole Country full of French next door)
