Okay. folks....

kmk has responded well!  She's proven that she's up to the task.

GREAT advice on the books, authors and everything else.

Keeping up with the learning from each other is tough, but with time, we ALL get what we need.  and YES, I DID resist the temptation of breaking out into a Rolling Stones song...

Let's get back out there and post, shall we?

C_A I noticed you mentioned that there are two Scott Cunningham books? I have added the solitary practitioner to my wishlist but is there a second one that follows are was that a typing error?

Thanks

No typo.
The one I would "pair" it with is his "Living Wicca".

Since you brought it up, he's got a mess of books to his name...

Search at Llewellyn's page about him.

But two of my ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES are by the late Pauline Campanelli.

ABSOLUTE TREASURES.

I completely agree.

I just took a look at  Wheel of the Year again and it is just so poetic - beautiful writing and it also inspires me quite a bit.

Just ordered her other 3 books at amazon and am looking forward to them

Why did you feel the need to necro an intro thread from two years ago just to agree and tell us you bought a few books? This would have been more appropriate in the newbie book list or a book thread elsewhere.

There have been helpful people here - sorry didn't mean to generalize, this post just surprised me.

I picked this place to post because it mentioned a book I like-don't get what is so wrong with that.

I am glad to see people actually reading old threads.  I would hate to think we were wasting the space to keep them.  You've shown me that we arn't.  Nice..... 8)
