When Will My Order Arrive?
The Celtic Connection is a small family run business and we only process and ship orders 3 times a week to allow us time to order inventory, answer emails and do website maintenance.
When all items ordered are in-stock we can usually ship within 2-4 days. We try to keep most items in stock but we cannot keep large quantities like big warehouse companies and we sometimes have to wait for a supply shipments to arrive to complete an order. It usually takes 7 to 14 days for us to get product back in stock before we can process and fill your order. If it looks like an item will take longer than 14 business days to get back in stock. We’ll try and ship the rest of your order and mail your back ordered item(s) when they arrive at no additional charge. We strive to provide quality products at competitive prices and use affordable shipping rates based on the Postal Services USPS Flat Rate options or First Class Mail.

RETURNS:
If you’ve received a wrong or broken item, please contact us first before returning and we will do our best to assist you & give return instructions. If your order is returned to us as unclaimed or undelivered, additional postage will be required if you’d like us to “resend” your package. If you do not wish to have your order reshipped. We’ll refund your purchase price (excluding shipping already used) through PayPal. There may be a 10% restocking fee subtracted from the refund. Shipping fees are non refundable once used. Buyer is responsible for return postage.
